# Agent Bots Overview

> What Agent Bots are and how live AI roleplay sessions work.

**Agent Bots** are AI personas you have live, voice-based conversations with to practice a specific type of sales interaction. Each bot plays a role — a gatekeeper, an investor, a buyer, a stakeholder — and responds to you in real time, the same way a person would on a call.

  Agent Bots is available on the Growth plan and above. If you don't see it in your sidebar, ask your admin about upgrading from **Settings**.

## How a session works, in brief

1. Pick a scenario, then a persona and a personality trait for how that persona behaves.
2. Fill in a short setup form with context for the conversation.
3. Check your mic and camera, then join.
4. Have the conversation.
5. End the session and review your results in Session History.
